Email Signature Generator
This form will be used to generate your customized email signature.
Simply select and fill in the requested information, then follow the instructions below to copy and paste your email signature into your email settings.
- Click the Copy Signature button above (it will highlight your previewed email signature).
- Right click on the highlighted text and click Copy (Windows PC: Control + C; Mac iOS: Command + C)
- Navigate to your Microsoft Outlook desktop program.
- Click to open a New Email.
- Go to Settings and select Signatures.
- Click Add a New Signature or Modify an Existing One.
- Paste your newly copied email signature into the text block for the email signature (Windows PC: Control + V; Mac iOS: Command + V).
- Click Save
