Board Members

Tandem Living is governed by a self-governing Board of Directors whose membership consists of business, healthcare, legal and other experts. The Board meets regularly to review governance, fiduciary, compliance and other policy-related matters. In addition, the Board of Directors is responsible to hire the President, who is responsible for all Tandem Living operations.

In addition to the Tandem Living Board of Directors, the TMH & CFH Board of Directors is charged with the governance, fiduciary, compliance and other policy-related matters specific to The Mennonite Home (TMH), the legal entity comprised of Woodcrest Villa and Trillium Place, and Calvary Fellowship Homes (CFH). Trillium Place is the care campus for the two independent living campuses of Woodcrest Villa and Calvary Fellowship Homes. The TMH & CFH Board of Directors is accountable to the Tandem Living Board of Directors.
