There are times when a resident exhausts their financial resources. Through our benevolent care program, we’re able to provide for residents even when they’re no longer able to pay for their care.

This is only possible because of the faithful giving of our donors.

We’re fortunate to have many generous donors who have provided the resources needed to care for hundreds of residents over the years. To encourage and recognize these donors, the board of directors created the 1903 Legacy Society.

The 1903 Legacy Society exists to

  • Acknowledge and appreciate the faithful giving of generous donors
  • Challenge members to make additional gifts for benevolent care
  • Celebrate the role of giving in the spiritual and personal lives of donors
  • Recognize the critical need for benevolent care resources
  • Encourage members to serve as ambassadors for Tandem Living

We invite you to join with hundreds of people whose philanthropy has ensured benevolent care for those who need it. If you have made gifts and or pledges totalling at least $10,000, have made any form of planned gift, or have included Tandem Living in your estate plans, you are eligible to become a member of the 1903 Legacy Society.
